I’ve always loved Breakfast Breads – especially Scones! Over the years (since 2005) my daughter, Amy and I have tried every recipe with every Gluten-Free flour blend on the market to try to get close to these sweet buttery crunchy soft centered treats. Our efforts were futile. They were always too dry and crumbly and pretty tasteless. Finally, we gave up.
