When I was a kid (pre-Celiac diagnosis) “Shake & Bake” Chicken was a staple in our family’s diet. I always looked forward to the moist chicken and crispy skin and I have missed it for years. When some GF options became available, of course I tired them all. Most were rice or corn-based, over spiced and always disappointing.
