Celebrate Labor Day with Gluten-Free Prairie Big Sky Turkey Burgers

Is a Labor Day BBQ in your plans today? If it’s true that Labor Day is the unofficial official end of Summer, then we must make the best of it here as it means that our Montana Winter is right around the corner. A couple of years ago we did just that.  We invited some friends down to the River for Big Sky Turkey Burgers. 

We also shot a little video that day. Jeremy edited it, and added music too. It’s a little over 5 min long, but I think it’s a sweet snap shot of life on the Gluten-Free Prairie.

Turkey can be tricky in burgers, with less fat than most beef burgers, the burgers can fall apart on the grill. Using our, certified purity protocol gluten-free,  Toasted Oatmeal as a binder along with an egg, the burger holds together and cooks up nicely on the grill.

At our BBQ we also used our Oat Groats in our Tropical Groat Saladtropical saladFresh and light. Always a crowd- pleaser here in Big Sky Country.
