Simply prepare Gluten-Free Prairie “Our Best Pancake & Waffle Mix” as directed – using 3/4 cup Egg Nog and 1/4 Cup Buttermilk. Add 1 tsp nutmeg. ( add chopped pecans if desired). 5 in gets super crispy waffles in my waffle iron. Yours may vary.
