Gluten-Free Prairie So Simple Cinnamon Rolls – made with Our Pizza Dough? What?

Yes, it’s true. So simple and absolutely delicious.  No One will believe they are Gluten-Free!

Prepare the dough following the recipe on the package. Roll out on a little corn starch or Gluten-Free Prairie Toasted Oat Flour. Shape dough into  a rectangle. Spread 1/2 melted butter over the dough, sprinkle with 3 TB brown sugar, 1 TB cinnamon, some dried cranberries and pecans. Roll up into a log. Cut it into 2 in pieces and bake a 400 degree (preheated) oven for about 20 min.
