According to Package Facts, the Gluten-Free Market is expected to be a $2 billion industry by 2020. Wowzers! That must mean there’s a lot of competition for our gluten-free shopping dollars, right? So it also makes sense why many major manufacturers would focus their budgets on slick ads and fancy packaging. A decision which might leave less of their budget to spend on a quality purity protocol oat product.

This is great. In addition to Celiac, I’m also extremely sensitive to nightshades. I’d like to try your GF Oat Flour. Are you sure that it won’t have potato flour residue from your other products? Thanks.

There is some potato starch in our line of mixes – and we bag them on the same line as the Oat Flour. Even though everything is cleaned between products, I cannot guarantee that there would be no residue. So sorry.
