It’s that time of year when Fresh Stone Fruits are everywhere…and for a very short period of time here in Montana…so we’re seizing the moments of freshness.
So a couple of weeks ago we launched our Fresh Pizza Dough in stores here. As with all of our products, I’ve been trying lots of recipe variations to share with our customers. Last weekend we had some almost-too-ripe peaches,(we’ve all been there, right?) So I cut them up, added a little brown sugar, lemon juice and a tablespoon of softened butter. Then I rolled out our Pizza Dough on a little corn starch, (1/4 of the dough at a time. Keep the rest chilled)I cut it into 4″ circles, added a big spoonful to the enter of each dough circle. Rolled it over and baked it a 400 for about 18-20 min.
They were delicious. And hardly cool when Jeremy ate 3 and Rick ate 2. I grabbed a couple for me and Jenn, snapped a photo and they were gone.
It so exciting to watch the possibilities unfold with this product. The more I work with this dough, the more its versatility surprises me.
You should be able to find the Fresh Dough in Montana stores now. The Pizza Dough Mix will be available in October on Amazon.

Hi Beth,
Somehow all of my recipes are embedded in my blog posts. I need to figure it out. Here is my bread recipe: https://www.glutenfreeprairie.com/finally-bread-recipe/
