Made with our Purity Protocol Oat Flour, a delicious smooth texture and mild flavor, with NO additives or preservatives. Delicious on its own, or add any flavor.
Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup Gluten-Free Prairie Toasted Oat Flour
  • 1 TB maple syrup
  • 1 teas pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teas salt
  • 3 cups ice water
Instructions
  1. Place oat flour, maple syrup, salt, & vanilla in a large blender, (I use my vitamix)
  2. Pour in ice water
  3. Blend on high for 30 seconds ONLY - this is how we avoid the slime issue
  4. Keep in the fridge.
