Made with our Purity Protocol Oat Flour, a delicious smooth texture and mild flavor, with NO additives or preservatives. Delicious on its own, or add any flavor.
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Gluten-Free Prairie Toasted Oat Flour
- 1 TB maple syrup
- 1 teas pure vanilla extract
- ½ teas salt
- 3 cups ice water
Instructions
- Place oat flour, maple syrup, salt, & vanilla in a large blender, (I use my vitamix)
- Pour in ice water
- Blend on high for 30 seconds ONLY - this is how we avoid the slime issue
- Keep in the fridge.
