Ingredients
¾ Cup Gluten-Free Prairie Toasted Oat Flour
1 TB maple syrup
1 teas pure vanilla extract
½ teas salt
3 cups ice water
Instructions
Place oat flour, maple syrup, salt, & vanilla in a large blender, (I use my vitamix)
Pour in ice water
Blend on high for 30 seconds ONLY - this is how we avoid the slime issue
Keep in the fridge.
