
Cranberry Pecan Brie Flatbread Pizza with Maple Drizzle

Amaze everyone with this delicious Gluten-Free Flatbread. Perfect for any season. Especially around the Holidays. A perfect appetizer or light dinner. No one will believe it's Gluten-Free
Ingredients
- ½ package of Gluten-Free Prairie Pizza. Prepared from mix or Fresh Dough Ball
- 1 TB butter (melted)
- 1 TB oil of choice (we love olive or avocado oil)
- 1 sweet onion. Thinly sliced
- 1 8oz Brie cheese (no rind)
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup dried cranberries (or Crasins)
- For Maple Drizzle
- 2 TB pure maple sugar
- 2 TB light brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Roll out ½ dough ball (11 ounces) to form a 12 in circle
- Bake for 14 min
- Remove from oven, spread with melted butter
- set aside
- Sauté onions in olive oil until tender (5-8 min)
- Sprinkle over pizza
- In a separate small sauce pan, mix brown sugar & maple syrup and heat on med-low until it boils. Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 min until foamy. Remove from heat and set aside
- Place Brie in medium size microwave-safe dish. Microwave in 30 sec increments until fully melted. (about 90 secs)
- Spread Brie evenly over pizza and sauteed onions
- Sprinkle pizza with pecans & Craisins and bake for 5 minutes
- Remove from oven, drizzle with maple glaze
- Slice
- Enjoy!
