Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Prairie "Our Best" Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • ¾ Cup So Delicious Coconut Milk Holiday Nog
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Heat griddle
  2. Blend Pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg into dry pancake mix
  3. Add in wet ingredients
  4. Blend just until smooth. (no mixer needed)
